Originally Paradise Properties in Bali merged with the Ray White brand franchise. The new ‘combined’ brand was built on a strategy of getting to understand ownership laws which sometimes are abused by unscrupulous vendors and agents.
Then Paradise Properties decided to leave the Ray White franchise!

The rebranding and new positioning extended their previous promise but looked on the bright side.
As part of the rebrand, there were to be regular news videos for the new web site and newsletters along with retail ads, office signage, in-shop posters etc.
