Le Pirate was designed for the emerging new market in tourism: “the Posh Packer”, backpackers who could afford simple luxury.
Sustainable ‘beach boxes’ were designed to create a ‘fresh and fun’ resort that could be assembled on islands where there was no workforce or infrastructure.
The simple resort was branded ‘Le Pirate’,
the strategy and positioning developed and then
all materials written and creative directed.
It was an instant success, new locations have already been created with several more on the ‘drawing board’.
Sub-brands are also being developed.

This is an edited version of a document written and produced to interest potential investors and franchisees.
